Fact: If I had even an iota of baking skills, I would drop everything and open a little bakery.Well, it turns out my dream bakery is already a full-fledged reality, tucked away in the Catskills - and of course, run by a former model-turned-pastry chef (insert "seriously???" here). An abundance of home-made pastries and goodies using local and organic ingredients, set in a restored Victorian-style home.


I think it's safe to say, I've found Heaven. And it's only a few hours from here.
