Speaking of Ella Fitzgerald, I can't get enough of Herman Leonard's photography. Ellington, Fitzgerald, Miles, Armstrong - my heroes, all so beautifully captured through his lens.
I'm a singer-songwriter in New York City. The Debonaire is my outlet for quirky, smart, humorous, and beautiful bric-à-brac. Topics of interest range from music, film, style, and photography--whatever happens to catch my eye.
Ooooo I just love film...I know I am betraying my age...but film does this in the hands of those who know....smiles
